juice cleanse

Begin your cleanse right after waking up. Aim to finish the designated juice in one day, (one gallon should be consumed per day) and stay hydrated by drinking water between juices (alkaline or coconut).

1. Start each day by drinking 8 oz of hot water with lemon to kick start your metabolism.

​​

2. Drink 16 oz of juice whenever you're hungry, until the gallon is done.

We recommend drinking juice as you would eat throughout the day: Breakfast, Mid morning Snack, Lunch, Mid afternoon Snack, and Dinner.

Tip: If you have to eat something, try 1-2 stalks of celery, half a cucumber, or 1/4 avocado, but try to abstain. Biting on ice can alleviate the need to chew.

Congrats—you did it! Your body has detoxed and begun healing at a cellular level. To maintain results, cleanse 1–2 times a month.

 

Ease out gently: Stick to fruits, veggies, and light foods. Avoid processed foods, sugar, dairy, wheat, meat, to support your organs and sustain benefits.

  • Stick to cold-pressed juice or vegetable broth.

  • Hydrate with water and introduce herbal teas.

  • Eat raw fruits, or lightly steamed veggies, seeds.

  • Eat salads, starchy veggies.
