TIMELINE
DAY 1

As your body continues to adjust, it will continue to have symptoms similar to day one. These symptoms mean the detoxification is
working!
DAY 6
Congratulations! Your body will finally, be cleansed and free of all toxin build up! Your mind will be clearer, your senses heightened, and your digestive tract clean. You have balanced your alkaline levels, regulated your digestive tract and reset your metabolism! Be sure to follow your cleanse with healthy eating habits to further maintain your goals!
DAY 3
Your body has gone into full shock and the toxins have been flushed further out of your system. Even better, you will feel less hungry and more energized!
POST CLEANSE
Don’t undo all your hard work! Avoid processed foods and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle that consists mostly of fruits and vegetables. Congrats, you have reset and rebuilt your system.
DAY 4
Toxic chemicals are still leaving your body and therefore sensitivity may still be an issue. Hunger will subside and additional symptoms may include mild aches, breakouts, and cramping.
